Signature Bakes
Light, fluffy sponge made with our own handmade vanilla extract. Filled with smooth whipped buttercream and fruit rich jam.
Light, moist sponge made with freshly juiced and zested lemons. Filled with smooth whipped lemon buttercream and/or tasty lemon curd.
Decadent chocolate cake… moist rich dark chocolate cake filled with sumptuous chocolate buttercream
Fluffy sponge made with strong rich coffee and scattered with chopped walnuts. Filled with whipped espresso buttercream.
Decadent fruit cake, made with the very best dried fruits, spices and brandy. Baked slowly for hours to ensure the moisture stays in and matured with additional brandy before covering with apricot preserve and marzipan.
